greenUP! and Western Nevada College are hosting a Webinar Series that will cover 1) navigating the Safer Choice label to get more industrially relevant products and 2) replacing toxic products and minimizing impacts to human health and the environment.

Scientist Dr. Katy Wolf will talk about alternatives explored including soy-based cleaners, hydrocarbon with no aromatic component, acetone and acetone products, and dry ice cleaning and stripping. Suppliers and formulators will join Katy in the presentations.

The June 18 Webinar covers dry ice blasting and dry ice liquid cleaning as safer alternatives to toxic, high-VOC content solvents.  Case studies will be presented for a variety of cleaning and stripping applications.
